(December 05, 2009) Six hundred bottles of water, unfit for human consumption, were seized from a coastal tourist hotel at Beruwala in Sri Lanka by Public Heath Inspectors.
The bottles were produced in Court and referred to the Governmenta Analyst for a report.
The raid was conducted by the Chairman of Beruwala local government authority Prasanna Sanjeewa, the Public Health Officer, Chandrasiri Pinidiya and a team of Public Health Officers.
